Something we plan to continue for the 2025-2026 school year is that LPS will treat the first two inclement weather days as traditional snow days, meaning there will be no in-person OR virtual classes on these days.

Dr. M. Jeremy Tucker, superintendent of Liberty Public Schools, announced Wednesday, October 22, 2025, his plans to retire at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 school year, after serving the past 12 years as our superintendent.

Liberty Public Schools is excited to announce that all upcoming football and boys and girls basketball games broadcast during the 2025-2026 school year will also be made available to a global audience through ESPN+.

Each LPS school provides a different school supply list for their students to take back-to-school shopping. Lists for the 2025-2026 school year can be found on each building's website. They will also be listed below.
